Unexpectedly we have a glorious morning offshore and cool conditions today, and after a few morning showers it looks like the day will clear up nicely. Surfwise we still have 3ft or so of chunky ESE swell, lumpy after the previous day's strong onshores. The morning high tide will swamp most of the energy on Pointbreaks but if winds stay reasonably light there could be a few fun little ones by mid-tide. There are some chunky peaks on beachbreaks now but you'll need to duck and weave to get them. H 9.02 L 3.22
