Long distance groundswell filled in yesterday, with long waits between sets and some majestic sweeping lines. It seems to have backed off a touch this morning, with size easing back a notch to 3ft on the sets, which are spaced more like an Indonesian swell compared to the east coast. It's very much a winning call if you can find somewhere handling the long lines. Most open beaches have a northerly wobble running through it. Yesterdays expected S'ly change has stalled somewhat so if you nailed somewhere special yesterday you've got time for a repeat dose before the southerly arrives sometime this morning. H 5.30 L 12.26
