Mornington Peninsula
Updated: 2024-04-20 07:38:00 Surf: inconsistent 4ft SW Winds: Calm S Weather: cool & cloudy Rating: 4/10

Better but far from best!
Swells continued to drop through the night with a more manageable 4ft swell along the beaches.
We’ve got light southerlies this morning making for surfable but shifty conditions.
There’s definitely a wave around for those who want it. It’s just how desperate you are !

2024-04-20 06:13:00: lumpy 4-5ft SW, Moderate SSE, overcast 4/10

Dawn report: Actually, the surf is trying to clean up. Winds have been moderate S/SE all night so the northern end of the peninsula is wobbly but there are OK options at the southern beaches. Certainly not worth too much time and effort but you'll get wet if you're keen as this swell eases. Tune into the updated photo report after 8am.
