Surf reports Agnes Water

Effective from: Thu 9 May '13, 04:30PM

Forecast prepared by Craig Brokensha
Next update Tue 14/5 5pm.

Previous day's summary:

A small E/SE swell and less than ideal winds have amounted to a bumpy 1-1.5ft across the coast the last day or so. Today cleaner conditions have been seen with a more southerly breeze favouring protected locations.

Swell events within the forecast period:

A slight re-intensification of the south-easterly ridge sitting to our north-east tomorrow as well as the absorption of a surface trough sliding up from the south should keep 1-1.5ft waves hitting the coast through tomorrow and Saturday before easing Sunday. This will be a result of the ridge breaking down with nothing major on the cards for the longer term at this stage.

Long term forecast (6+ days):
There's nothing major on the cards for the longer term outlook so make the most of the current swell and check back here on Tuesday for the latest update.
