It's not quite a days sail from Scar Reef to Desert Point, but that's still too long when there's a good swell running. During the largest swell of the Indo season so far the mighty Captain Coconut, with Chris Lovell on board, made the journey west, rounding the headland at Bangko Bangko to see endless lines pouring down the reef.
