For those of you that weren't aware, Sunday was 'International Surfing Day'. I doubt this gave any Queensland surfer an extra incentive to hit the water, given the recent spell of tiny waves - and fortunately the waves came to the party, with a long lined east swell coupled with bright sunny skies and sparkling twenty-one degree water temps.
