To borrow a catchphrase, you could say that the Gold Coast beachbreaks have been trending strongly in recent weeks. A distinct swing in the weather pattern from summer sou'easters to winter westerlies have opened a wide range of locations offering clean crisp barrels. And with over eighteen kilometers of beachies between Burleigh Heads and South Stradbroke Island, there's more than enough peaky goodness for everyone.
