Very interesting article. More power to them I hope.

I read one of the most vocal supporters of CSG in that area was a 'farmer ' who doesn't actually live on his property and is an ex Lismore councillor. He was bitterly disappointed when Metgasco had their license put on hold.

Bloody pollies at any level.

Not so fast.

It appears that after direct representations have been made to the Baird government, Metgasco's license has been reinstated.

So Blindboy, when you told me it needs political action (paraphrasing), is this the kind of thing you'd like to see? (With the obvious exception of imagining that the Bentley protest was targeted directly at AGW.)

Anything which puts pressure on politicians to do the right thing is good. Protest can take many forms.
